Common use of Subcontractor and Vendor Costs Clause in Contracts

Subcontractor and Vendor Costs. Direct cost of amounts actually paid or payable during the applicable billing period by Contractor to its Subcontractors and Vendors for Work performed pursuant to subcontracts and purchase orders (including any change orders or other modifications thereto) which have been reviewed and approved in advance and in writing by Owner (except to the extent Owner’s prior written consent is not required pursuant to Section 9.3 of this Agreement).
