Subcontractor Disclosure Sample Clauses
The Subcontractor Disclosure clause requires a party, typically the primary contractor, to inform the other party about any subcontractors they intend to engage for performing parts of the contracted work. This disclosure usually includes details such as the names of subcontractors, the scope of work assigned to them, and sometimes their qualifications or compliance with certain standards. By mandating this transparency, the clause helps the client or contracting party maintain oversight over who is involved in the project, ensuring accountability and reducing the risk of unauthorized or unsuitable subcontractors being used.
