Common use of Subcontractor Disclosure Clause in Contracts

Subcontractor Disclosure. Contractor shall provide District a list of all subcontractors and major suppliers with a name, address, telephone and fax numbers, Oregon license number(s), classification, and monetary value of each subcontract for labor, material, or equipment. If District objects, District shall promptly provide a written notice of objection. Contractor shall not contract with a proposed person or entity to which District reasonably objects or that is ineligible to receive a subcontract under ORS 279C.860, and shall procure a replacement subcontractor that is acceptable to District. District shall provide a Change Order before commencement of substitute subcontractor’s Work for the increase or decrease in the Contract Sum and Contract Time occasioned by such change, unless the subcontractor is ineligible under ORS 279C.860, and Contractor shall be fully responsible for performance of the substituted subcontractor under the Contract Documents. Contractor shall be solely responsible to determine whether any proposed subcontractor is eligible.
