Common use of Subcontractor Disclosure Clause in Contracts

Subcontractor Disclosure. To the extent subcontracting or assignment is permitted under this Agreement, the Consultant is responsible for the actions of their subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers. Consultant shall take necessary steps to ensure that the provisions of this contract are enforceable on all subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers acting on behalf of or through Consultant.
