Subcontractor Insurances. Without limiting TfNSW’s requirements under clause 12.1, the Assessor must ensure that any subcontractor (approved in accordance with this agreement) to whom the Assessor subcontracts the performance of its obligations obtains professional indemnity insurance and motor vehicle comprehensive insurance (including third party property damage) for at least the amounts, on the terms of and for the risks specified in Schedule A.

Subcontractor Insurances. Each of the Owner and the Operator, as it deems necessary acting as a Reasonable and Prudent Operator, shall cause each Subcontractor of any tier employed by it (including any Key Contractor) to purchase and maintain policies of insurance which are commercially reasonable in association with the goods and/or services provided by such subcontractor.
Subcontractor Insurances. The Contractor must ensure that each of its Subcontractors maintains each of the insurances referred to in clause 13.1.

  • Contractor’s Insurance 27.1 The Contractor shall procure and maintain at all times it performs any portion of the Services the following insurance with minimum limits equal to the amount indicated below.

  • Third Party Contractors Tenant shall obtain and deliver to Landlord, Third Party Contractor’s certificates of insurance and applicable endorsements at least seven (7) business days prior to the commencement of work in or about the Premises by any vendor or any other third-party contractor (collectively, a “Third Party Contractor”). The policy amount should be equal to 100% of the Contract Sum, written on a Builder’s Risk “All Risk”, or its equivalent. The policy shall be endorsed as follows: The following may occur without diminishing, changing, altering or otherwise affecting the coverage and protection afforded the insured under this policy:

  • Subcontractors The Contractor will not subcontract any work under the Contract without prior written consent of the Department.   • Contractors All LAUSD Contractors and their Representatives are expected to conduct any and all business affiliated with LAUSD in an ethical and responsible manner that fosters integrity and public confidence. A “Contractor” is any individual, organization, corporation, sole proprietorship, partnership, nonprofit, joint venture, association, or any combination thereof that is pursuing or conducting business with and/or on behalf of LAUSD, including, without limitation, consultants, suppliers, manufacturers, and any other vendors, bidders or proposers. A Contractor’s “Representative” is also broadly defined to include any subcontractors, employees, agents, or anyone else who acts on a Contractor’s behalf.
