SUBCONTRACTORS’ AND MANUFACTURERS’ WARRANTIES. All subcontractors’, manufacturers’ and suppliers’ warranties and guarantees, express or implied, respecting any part of the work and any materials used therein, shall be obtained and enforced by the CONTRACTOR for the benefit of the OWNER without the necessity of separate transfer or assignment thereof.
