Subcontractors and Suppliers; Bidding Procedures. During the Preconstruction Phase, the Design-Builder shall seek to develop subcontractor interest in the Project. Within fifteen (15) days after the completion of the schematic design, the Design-Builder shall provide to the Department for its review and approval a written submission on the proposed bidding procedures.
