Subcontractors and Vendors Designated By Owner. Contractor shall not be required to contract at its own risk with a Subcontractor or Vendor when Contractor has a reasonable objection, provided that the reason for such objection is identified to Owner in writing with five (5) calendar days of Owner’s designation objected to by Contractor.
