Common use of Subcontractor’s Work Clause in Contracts

Subcontractor’s Work. 1.1 Subcontractor shall be contracted as an independent contractor and shall provide and furnish all labor, tools, materials, equipment, services, supervision, training, and administration necessary for the proper and complete performance and acceptance of the work identified in the Purchase Order (the “Work”) in accordance with the Subcontract Documents.

Subcontractor’s Work. 1.1 Subcontractor shall be contracted as an independent contractor perform all work and shall provide and furnish all labor, tools, materials, equipment, servicessupplies, tools, permits, insurance, supervision, training, applicable taxes and administration all other things necessary for the proper and complete performance and acceptance completion of the work identified described in the Purchase Order attached Scope of Work (the “Subcontractor’s Work”) in accordance with the Subcontract Documentsapplicable provisions of the Project plans and specifications. Subcontractor shall have the benefit with respect to Contractor of all the same rights, remedies and redress that Contractor has pursuant to its contract with the Owner.

Subcontractor shall be contracted as an independent contractor perform all work and shall provide and furnish all supervision, labor, materials, plant, hoisting, scaffolding, tools, materials, equipment, services, supervision, training, supplies and administration all other things necessary for the proper construction and complete performance and acceptance completion of the work identified described in the Purchase Order (the “Work”) each individual Work Order, including work incidental thereto and reasonably inferable therefrom, in strict accordance and full compliance with the Subcontract Documentsterms of this Subcontract, and to the satisfaction of Contractor and the Owner (hereinafter "Work").
