Subcontracts and Procurement. Subrecipient shall comply with applicable State, Federal and Subrecipient standards in the award of any subcontracts, including complying with the provisions set forth in 44 CFR §13.36. For purposes of this Agreement, subcontracts shall include but not be limited to purchase agreements, rental or lease agreements, third party agreements, consultant service contracts and construction subcontracts. Subrecipient shall ensure that the terms of this Agreement with the City are incorporated into all subcontract agreements. Subrecipient shall submit all Subcontractor Agreements to the City for review prior to the release of any funds to the subcontractor. Subrecipient shall withhold funds to any subcontractor agency that fails to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement and their respective subcontract agreement.
