Statutes and Regulations Applicable To All Grant Contracts. Subrecipient shall comply with all applicable requirements of Federal, State, County and City of Los Angeles laws, executive orders, regulations, program and administrative requirements, policies and any other requirements governing this Agreement and the Grant. Subrecipient shall comply with state and federal laws and regulations pertaining to labor, wages, hours, and other conditions of employment. Subrecipient shall comply with new, amended, or revised laws, regulations, and/or procedures that apply to the performance of this Agreement and the Grant. When reference is made in the provisions set forth in this Section 415 with regards to laws, rules and regulations “as applicable” (or a variation thereof) to the Subrecipient, it shall be construed to mean “as applicable” to the Subrecipient as a subgrantee of the Grant. Compliance with Grant Assurances To obtain the Grant Funds, the Grantor required an authorized representative of the CITY to sign certain promises regarding the way the Grant Funds would be spent (“Grant Assurances”), attached hereto as Exhibit A. By signing these Grant Assurances, the CITY became liable to the Grantor for any funds that are used in violation of the grant requirements. SUB-RECIPIENT shall be liable to the Grantor for any funds the Grantor determines SUB-RECIPIENT used in violation of these Grant Assurances.   • COMPLIANCE WITH EPA REGULATIONS APPLICABLE TO GRANTS SUBGRANTS, COOPERATIVE AGREEMENTS, AND CONTRACTS Contractor certifies compliance with all applicable standards, orders, regulations, and/or requirements issued pursuant to the Clean Air Act of 1970, as amended (42 U.S.C. 1857(h)), Section 508 of the Clean Water Act, as amended (13 U.S.C. 1368), Executive Order 117389 and Environmental Protection Agency Regulation, 40 CFR Part 15.

  • References to Statutes, Public Acts, Regulations, Codes and Executive Orders All references in this Contract to any statute, public act, regulation, code or executive order shall mean such statute, public act, regulation, code or executive order, respectively, as it has been amended, replaced or superseded at any time.   • Statutes and Regulations This lease is subject to all applicable state and federal statutes and regulations in effect on the effective date of this lease, and insofar as is constitutionally permissible, to all statutes and regulations placed in effect after the effective date of this lease. A reference to a statute or regulation in this lease includes any change in that statute or regulation whether by amendment, repeal and replacement, or other means.   • COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS, STATUTES, REGULATIONS During the term of this Master Contract, unless otherwise agreed, CONTRACTOR shall comply with all applicable federal, state, and local statutes, laws, ordinances, rules, policies, executive orders and regulations. CONTRACTOR shall also comply with all applicable LEA policies and procedures unless, taking into consideration all of the surrounding facts and circumstances, a policy or policies or a portion of a policy does not reasonably apply to CONTRACTOR. CONTRACTOR hereby acknowledges and agrees that it accepts all risks and responsibilities for its failure to comply with LEA policies and shall indemnify LEA under the provisions of Section 16 of this Agreement for all liability, loss, damage and expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) resulting from or arising out of CONTRACTOR’s failure to comply with applicable LEA policies (e.g., those policies relating to; the provision of special education and/or related services, facilities for individuals with exceptional needs, student enrollment and transfer, student inactive status, corporal punishment, student discipline, and positive behavior interventions). CONTRACTOR acknowledges and understands that XXX may report to the CDE any violations of the provisions of this Master Contract; and that this may result in the suspension and/or revocation of CDE nonpublic school/agency certification pursuant to California Education Code section 56366.4(a).

  • Requirements Pertaining Only to Federal Grants and Subrecipient Agreements If this Agreement is a grant that is funded in whole or in part by Federal funds:

  • COMPLIANCE WITH STATUTES AND REGULATIONS a) Contractor warrants and certifies that in the performance of this Contract, it will comply with all applicable statutes, rules, regulations and orders of the United States and the State of California and agrees to indemnify the State against any loss, cost, damage or liability by reason of Contractor’s violation of this provision.

  • Federal Requirements Pertaining to Grants and Subrecipient Agreements A. Requirement to Have a Single Audit: In the case that this Agreement is a Grant that is funded in whole or in part by federal funds, the Subrecipient will complete the Subrecipient Annual Report annually within 45 days after its fiscal year end, informing the State of Vermont whether or not a Single Audit is required for the prior fiscal year. If a Single Audit is required, the Subrecipient will submit a copy of the audit report to the granting Party within 9 months. If a single audit is not required, only the Subrecipient Annual Report isrequired. For fiscal years ending before December 25, 2015, a Single Audit is required if the subrecipient expends $500,000 or more in federal assistance during its fiscal year and must be conducted in accordance with OMB Circular A-133. For fiscal years ending on or after December 25, 2015, a Single Audit is required if the subrecipient expends $750,000 or more in federal assistance during its fiscal year and must be conducted in accordance with 2 CFR Chapter I, Chapter II, Part 200, Subpart F. The Subrecipient Annual Report is required to be submitted within 45 days, whether or not a Single Audit is required.

  • Compliance with all Applicable Laws and Regulations Grantee must comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules, regulations, and ordinances in administering CRF under this Agreement. Grantee acknowledges that this requirement includes, but is not limited to, compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local health and safety rules and regulations. Grantee’s failure to comply with any part of this provision is material and must be grounds for termination of this Agreement for cause by Florida Housing.

  • Compliance with Laws and Regulations A. The Parties shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations including, but not limited to, safety; security; export control; environmental; and suspension and debarment laws and regulations. Access by a Partner to NASA facilities or property, or to a NASA Information Technology (IT) system or application, is contingent upon compliance with NASA security and safety policies and guidelines including, but not limited to, standards on badging, credentials, and facility and IT system/application access.
