SUBJECT ALWAYS to there having occurred no event under the Time Charter (a “Charterers’ Termination Event”) in consequence of which the Owner, is entitled to terminate and has lawfully terminated the Time Charter in accordance with its terms including, without limitation, withdrawal of the Vessel from the Time Charter by the Owner under the terms of the Time Charter for non-payment of hire; and

  • The Site The site of the Project Highway (the “Site”) shall comprise the site described in Schedule-A in respect of which the Right of Way shall be provided by the Authority to the Contractor. The Authority shall be responsible for: (a) acquiring and providing Right of Way on the Site in accordance with the alignment finalised by the Authority, free from all encroachments and encumbrances, and free access thereto for the execution of this Agreement; and (b) obtaining licences and permits for environment clearance for the Project Highway.

  • Project Work PURCHASER shall complete the following projects in accordance with the specifications provided in Exhibits B, C, D, E, and F and written instructions from STATE. Project locations are shown on Exhibit A unless otherwise described. PURCHASER shall furnish all material unless otherwise specified.

  • Project 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions.

  • Project Site The “Project Site” is the place where the Work is being carried on.

  • PROJECT WORK PLAN The Statement of Work is the formal document incorporated into the Grant. The Project Work Plan documents how the Grantee will achieve the performance measures outlined in the Grant. Changes to the Statement of Work require an amendment. Project Work Plans may be changed with written approval from DFPS and the Grantee.
