SUBJECT MATTER OF THE AGREEMENT. 1. The subject matter of this Agreement is pecuniary cooperation between the parties to this Agreement in attracting international prospective students for the study at the UPJŠ FM in the English language (the "candidate"), based on and consistent with the information on the study provided to the UPJŠ FM Partner. 2. The Partner shall be committed to: a) carry out the activities aimed at obtaining the greatest possible number of prospective students to the UPJŠ FM in the English language in any country;
