Common use of SUBJECT OF THE GTC Clause in Contracts

SUBJECT OF THE GTC. 2.1 The Operator shall be liable to secure entry/exit transmission capacity at acceptance/hand over points in line with the capacity products allocated to the User (yearly, quarterly, monthly, daily and within-day) for the respective day of the period following a successfully conducted auction at the RBP certified by RBP Confirmation.
