Common use of Subject to City Uses Clause in Contracts

Subject to City Uses. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, Contractor's rights to use the City Property hereunder shall be subject and subordinate to City's necessary uses of the City Property for municipal purposes. City retains the right to use or allow other persons to use the City Property in a manner that does not unreasonably interfere with Contractor's activities hereunder.
