Common use of Subject to Clause 3 Clause in Contracts

Subject to Clause 3. 4.11, any residual number of days of teaching experience which the teacher has accumulated at the time an increment is granted under Clause 3.4.10 shall be credited to the employee for accumulation toward the earning of any future increment.

Subject to Clause 3. 4.114.10, any residual number of days of teaching experience which the teacher has accumulated at the time an increment is granted under Clause 3.4.10 3.4.9 shall be credited to the employee for accumulation toward the earning of any future increment.
