“Sublease Rent” Defined Sample Clauses
“Sublease Rent” Defined. All monetary obligations of Subtenant to Sublandlord under the terms of this Sublease are deemed to be rent (“Sublease Rent”). Sublease Rent shall be payable in lawful money of the United States to Sublandlord. Sublease Rent payable for any partial month during the Term shall be prorated on a daily basis based on the actual number of days in such month.
