Common use of Subleases and Other Contracts Clause in Contracts

Subleases and Other Contracts. Tenant shall include in all subleases and other contracts relating to the Premises a non-discrimination clause applicable to such subtenant or other contractor in substantially the form of Section 31.1(a) above. In addition, Tenant shall incorporate by reference in all subleases and other contracts the provisions of Sections 12B.2 (a), 12B.2 (c)-(k) and 12C.3 of the Administrative Code and shall require all subtenants and other contractors to comply with such provisions.
