SUBLESSEE'S AWARD. Subject to the provisions of the Master Lease, Sublessee shall have the right to recover from the condemning authority, but not from Sublessor, such compensation as may be separately awarded to Sublessee in connection with costs and removing Sublessee's merchandise, furniture, fixtures, leasehold improvements and equipment to a new location.
