Common use of Sublicense Grant Clause in Contracts

Sublicense Grant. BioLine shall be entitled to grant Sublicenses or other rights to third parties under the license granted pursuant to Section 2.1. Such Sublicenses shall be made for consideration and in arm’s length transactions.

Sublicense Grant. BioLine shall be entitled to grant Sublicenses sublicenses or other rights to third parties under the license granted pursuant to Section 2.15.1 on terms and conditions in compliance and not inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement (except that the royalty rates may be different than those set forth in this Agreement). Such Sublicenses sublicenses shall be made for consideration and in arm’s length transactions.
