Common use of Sublicenses Prohibited Clause in Contracts

Sublicenses Prohibited. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed as granting Applicant the right to sublicense any rights under this Agreement or licenses subject to this Agreement to any third party. Except as otherwise expressly permitted in this Agreement, Applicant shall not allow third party to attach or place facilities to or in pole or conduit space occupied by or assigned to Applicant or to utilize such space.
