Common use of Submission of Agreement Clause in Contracts

Submission of Agreement. The submission of this Agreement for examination and negotiation does not constitute an offer to lease, or a reservation of or option for leasing the Premises. This Agreement shall become effective and binding only upon execution and delivery hereof by the Port and Tenant. No act or omission of any officer, employee or agent of the Port or Tenant shall alter, change or modify any of the provisions hereof.
