Surrender of Documents. Employee shall, at the request of the Company, promptly surrender to the Company or its nominee any Proprietary Information or document, memorandum, record, letter or other paper in his possession or under his control relating to the operation, business or affairs of the Group.

Upon the termination of this Agreement—or, in the case of earlier release, at the time of release—the Management Board Member is obligated to return to the Company, promptly and unsolicited, all documents, drawings, and other materials connected with his activity for the Company or relating to affairs of the Company.
