Common use of Submission of Documents Clause in Contracts

Submission of Documents. The Company agrees to file with the NASD, the NYSE, the Commission and any other governmental or regulatory agency, authority or instrumentality in the Cayman Islands, the United States and the People’s Republic of China, as may be required, such reports, documents, agreements and other information which the Company may from time to time be required to file, including those relating to the implementation and payment of dividends or other distributions on the Securities.
