Common use of Submission of Evidence of Financing Clause in Contracts

Submission of Evidence of Financing. For each Project, prior to and as a Condition Precedent to the Closing, Developer shall submit to Authority, and Authority (and its financial consultant(s) and legal counsel(s)) shall review and approve evidence that Developer has obtained sufficient equity capital and firm and binding commitments for financing necessary to undertake the construction, completion and operation of the Projects in accordance with this Agreement.
