SUBMISSION OF PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT DATA. Each MCP must submit clinical performance measurement data as required by ODJFS that enables ODJFS to calculate standard measures. Refer to Appendix M “Performance Evaluation” for a more comprehensive description of the clinical performance measures.
