Common use of Submission of Proposed Budget Clause in Contracts

Submission of Proposed Budget. Within thirty (30) days of execution of this Agreement, Provider shall submit to DHS’ Office of Contract Administration, 000 Xxxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx, 00000, a summary of Provider’s budget prepared in accordance with the summary template provided by DHS. Provider may, but is not required to, submit a detailed budget.
