Submission of Rank Order Lists. ‌ 1. Adhere to the binding commitment to offer an appointment if a match results; and 2. Start training in good faith (i.e., with the intent to complete the applicant’s training) on the date specified in the appointment agreement. Before certifying the rank order list, programs shall: 1.
