Submission of University Grade. The primary responsibility for assigning University grades in a course belongs to the faculty member, and in the absence of compelling evidence of discrimination, differential treatment, or procedural irregularities, the judgment of the faculty member responsible for the course must remain determinant. University and School District officials will not interfere with the faculty member’s responsibility for assigning University grades. The final course grade for the University will be a letter grade and for the high school a numeric grade that might differ from the University grade.
