Submission to the American Arbitration Association. Any grievance which alleges a violation by the Committee of one or more provisions of this Agreement, and which has not been settled under the procedure set forth herein, may be submitted by either party to the American Arbitration Association (AAA) within the time prescribed. The parties will be bound by the rules and regulations of the AAA in the selection of an arbitrator.
