Common use of SUBMISSIONS AND FORMS Clause in Contracts

SUBMISSIONS AND FORMS. Except for legal notices that must be sent pursuant to Section 10.09, all written reports, forms, requests, and deliverables under this Contract must be submitted in electronic format to the Grant Administrator at xxxxxxxxxxx@xxx.xxxxx.xxx. Standard forms that Grantee must use for submissions to the Grant Administrator are available at xxxx://xxx.xxx.xxxxx.xxx/coast/coastal-management/forms/index.html. As the standard forms are updated from time to time, Grantee should periodically check the website for updated forms. Grantee is responsible for using the proper forms. If there is not a standard form for a particular request allowed under this Contract, Grantee may submit the request in writing via email to the Grant Administrator for GLO review and approval. The request must include the nature of the request, the section of the Contract that authorizes the request, and a detailed justification for the request. The Grant Administrator will notify Grantee in writing if the request is approved.
