The Sponsor shall provide copies to the Authority of all executed contracts that relate to the Project scope as described in Exhibit A to this Agreement and Section 1.3 or approved by the Authority pursuant to Section 1.2. The Sponsor shall retain records pertaining to the Project for a five (5) year period following completion of the Project.
