SUBMITTAL OF SLUDGE MANAGEMENT INVENTORY. As appendices to Chapter 5 of the Program Description of this application, TNRCC has provided a partial inventory of all POTWs and other treatment works treating domestic sewage and a plan for completing the inventory, pursuant to 40 CFR §501.12(f)(3)(ii). A detailed plan for completion of the inventory is provided in Chapter 5 of the Program Description. TNRCC agrees to complete the inventory and submit it to EPA in accordance with the requirements of 40 CFR §501.12(f) by no later than five (5) years from the date of program assumption.
