Submittal Quantities. Interested Contractors must submit one original and four copies (five total submittals) of the SOQ. In addition, interested parties must submit one original copy of the SOQ on a CD-ROM (or electronic media approved by the City) in printable Adobe or Microsoft Word format (or other format approved by the City). Failure to adhere to the submittal quantity criteria shall result in the SOQ being considered non-responsive.
