Common use of Submittal Schedule Clause in Contracts

Submittal Schedule. Within seven (7) days after execution of this Contract, the Contractor shall provide the Owner and the Engineer with a preliminary submittal schedule of the dates that each shop drawing or sample will be submitted for approval. Within thirty (30) days after execution of this Contract, the Contractor shall provide the Engineer and the Owner with a final schedule of the dates that each shop drawing or sample will be submitted for approval. The sequence of the submittals of the Contractor shall be scheduled so as to permit an orderly review by the Engineer.
