SUBMITTING A SUPPORT REQUEST. 3.1 To receive the benefit of Corrective Maintenance the Customer must submit a Support Request, by either raising a ticket on the Helpdesk, emailing xxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx, sending a message via Whatsapp on 00000 000000, or telephoning 0333 8880204, which provides a complete description of the Fault and any other information reasonably requested by the Supplier.
3.2 The Supplier shall use all reasonable endeavours to acknowledge receipt of each Support Request within 2 hours of receipt.
