Subordinate Officers, Committees and Agents. The Managers may from time to time elect such other officers and appoint such committees, employees or other agents as the business of the Company may require, including one or more assistant secretaries, and one or more assistant treasurers, each of whom shall hold office for such period, have such authority, and perform such duties as are provided in this Operating Agreement, or as the Managers may from time to time determine. The Managers may delegate to any officer or committee the power to elect subordinate officers and to retain or appoint employees or other agents, or committees thereof, and to prescribe the authority and duties of such subordinate officers, committees, employees or other agents.
