Assistant Secretaries definition

Assistant Secretaries means the individuals listed on Exhibit “C” attached hereto serving as Assistant Secretaries to the Company as set forth in Article VIII and any subsequent Assistant Secretaries as may be elected by the Member.
Assistant Secretaries means the individuals elected by the Member to serve as Assistant Secretaries to the Company as set forth in Article VIII.
Assistant Secretaries shall have the meaning specified in Section 6.01.

  • The officers may include a Chairman of the Board, a President, a Treasurer and a Secretary, and such other additional officers, including one or more Vice Presidents, Assistant Secretaries and Assistant Treasurers as the Manager, the Board, the Chairman of the Board, or the President may from time to time elect.
