The officers may include a Chairman of the Board, a President, a Treasurer and a Secretary, and such other additional officers, including one or more Vice Presidents, Assistant Secretaries and Assistant Treasurers as the Manager, the Board, the Chairman of the Board, or the President may from time to time elect.
The Securities shall be executed on behalf of the Company by its Chairman of the Board, its Vice Chairman of the Board, its President or one of its Vice Presidents, under its corporate seal reproduced thereon attested by its Secretary or one of its Assistant Secretaries.
