– SUBORDINATION OF AGREEMENT AND SAVING CLAUSE. Should any part of this Agreement or any provision contained herein be determined by a body of competent jurisdiction to be unlawful or invalid the remainder of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. Upon request from either party, the Union and Employer negotiating committee shall commence negotiations within thirty (30) days for the purpose of coming to agreement on a substitute provision for that which was declared unlawful or invalid. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to limit or reduce the rights and privileges of the parties except where specifically modified herein.
