- SUBSCRIBER PRIVACY AND RIGHTS TO INFORMATION. (a) The Licensee shall not collect, store, use or make available to any third party data relating to individual subscribing households without first giving the Subscriber an opportunity to remove his or her name from the Licensee's list of Subscribers. The conduct of the Licensee under this Section shall be consistent with and governed by Section 631 of the Cable Communications Policy Act of 1984, "Protection of Subscriber Privacy."
