Subscriber Terminals and Equipment. Unless provided otherwise, OCENS is not responsible for the installation, operation, quality of transmission, or maintenance of customer equipment. If customer’s equipment is lost or stolen, customer is responsible for all charges up and through the date the customer has notified OCENS, in writing, of such loss or theft, and received confirmation from OCENS of receipt of such notice.
