Iridium Airtime Service Plans with 3 month commitment minimum These plans are designed for temporary usage of your Iridium Pilot. A one-time fee is charged when you activate your SIM card, then you are only charged for your out-of-bundle usage, if it applies. Please chose your plan from the following options: Value plan (0MB / 0min), Combo plan, or Customized bundle plan. Then indicate your total one-time fee where indicated. If you do not choose any plan option you will be placed on the $120.90 (0 MB / 0 min / 32kbps) plan. For plan changes, please refer to section (3) of our Terms and conditions. All prices below are in USD ($). □ Value plans: 0 MB / 0 min □ 128 kbps: $240.90 one-time fee. Then $13.80 per MB, $0.95 per min (to fixed/cell only). □ 64 kbps: $151.90 one-time fee. Then $13.11 per MB, $0.95 per min (to fixed/cell only). □ 32 kbps: $120.90 one-time fee. Then $12.42 per MB, $0.95 per min (to fixed/cell only). The Allowance is then decremented at the in-bundle rate for voice and/or data usage as usage is incurred. Any unused Allowance at the end of the month is not carried over to the next month. Voice and data usage is consumed in a first in, first out manner. A benefit limit will not apply to these services. • Psychological and psychiatric services, and prescription drugs are also covered. See Behavioral Health Services and Prescription Drugs and Diabetic Equipment or Supplies for additional information. Coverage for autism spectrum disorders does not affect any obligation of a school district, a state or other governmental entity to provide services to an individual under an individualized family service plan, an individualized education program, or similar services required under state or federal law. Services related to autism that are furnished by school personnel are not covered under this plan.

  • CLOUD SERVICE The Cloud Service offering, is described below and is specified in an Order Document for the selected entitled offerings.
