Common use of Subscription Account RDO Australia Group agrees to Clause in Contracts

Subscription Account RDO Australia Group agrees to. (a) liaise with Xxxx Deere to the extent reasonably necessary to assist the Customer to initially access and use the Subscription Account; (b) treat any Personal Information of the Customer in accordance with the RDO Australia Group privacy policy; and (c) if provided with the Customer’s password and username to the Subscription Account, to keep these details in confidence and only access the Customer’s Subscription Account as authorised to do so by the Customer or as may otherwise be reasonably required in order to provide the Customer with any additional services requested by the Customer.

Subscription Account RDO Australia Group agrees to. (a) liaise with Xxxx John Deere to the extent reasonably necessary to assist the Customer to initially access and use the Subscription Account; (b) treat any Personal Information of the Customer in accordance with the RDO Australia Group privacy policy; and (c) if provided with the Customer’s password and username to the Subscription Account, to keep these details in confidence and only access the Customer’s Subscription Account as authorised to do so by the Customer or as may otherwise be reasonably required in order to provide the Customer with any additional services requested by the Customer.
