Subscription for Subscription Receipts. The Subscriber hereby confirms its irrevocable subscription for and offer to purchase the Subscription Receipts from the Corporation, on and subject to the terms and conditions set out in this Subscription Agreement, for the Aggregate Subscription Price which is payable as described in Article 4 hereto.
