Subscription Licenses and Online Services without an Extended Term. If Enrolled Affiliate elects not to renew or exercise its buy-out rights for Products eligible for buy-out, Subscription Licenses will be cancelled and will terminate as of the Expiration Date. Any associated software must be uninstalled, media must be destroyed and the Enterprise must discontinue use. Microsoft may request written certification to verify compliance.
