Common use of Subscription Program Clause in Contracts

Subscription Program. Customer retains all ownership and intellectual property rights in and to the Customer content and Customer applications. Kodak or its licensors retain all ownership and intellectual property rights to the Software made available to Customer as part of a subscription arrangement, including Kodak programs and Subscription Programs, and derivative works thereof, and to anything developed or delivered by or on behalf of Kodak under this Agreement. In the event Customer converts from a perpetual Software license to a Subscription Program, the version of Customer’s Software license at the time of conversion will be archived. Should the Subscription Program be terminated, Kodak will reactivate Customer’s perpetual Software license at the archived version. 18 WEEE.
