Subscription Services and Support Sample Clauses
The 'Subscription Services and Support' clause defines the terms under which a service provider delivers ongoing access to software or digital services, along with related customer support. Subscription Services and Support. (a) Support. Subject to the terms hereof, PreApp will provide Customer with reasonable consultation and assistance with operational and technical support issues arising from use of the Software by Authorized Users during Business Hours, pursuant to requests for support services submitted by telephone, email, or to a web portal as PreApp shall provide to Customer from time to time. PreApp shall provide such services as promptly as is reasonably practicable based upon priority determined in good faith by PreApp.
Subscription Services and Support. 1.1 Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Company will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide Customer the Services in accordance with the Service Level Terms attached hereto as Exhibit C (“Service Level Terms”). As part of the registration process, Customer will identify an administrative username and password for Customer’s Company account. Subject to the limitations of Section 2, Customer may authorize access to the Subscribed Services by creating an unlimited number of unique usernames and passwords (“Logins”). Company reserves the right to refuse registration of or cancel passwords it deems inappropriate.
Subscription Services and Support. RGS has no obligation to provide Services relating to the Software unless Customer purchases a Subscription Offering that expressly includes such Services. RGS sells Subscription Offerings for the Software that entitles Customer to fee-based technical support and/or internal use of Software updates provided on a specified annual period and are subject to the RGS Support and Maintenance Terms of Service set forth at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/government/support-and-maintenance-terms-of- service.
