Common use of Subsequent Academic Years Clause in Contracts

Subsequent Academic Years. The parties agree that during any subsequent academic year, the District may make changes to its then current dental insurance policy with respect to carriers and cost containment matters, provided such changes do not reduce the then current level of benefits except in the circumstances expressly contemplated by Paragraph E described below.
