Common use of Subsequent Adjustment to Workday Clause in Contracts

Subsequent Adjustment to Workday. After receipt of the written notice of the initial determination of hours, if the hours must be reduced, the employee will be given a thirty (30) day written notice. The notice shall be of the type described and given in the manner described in Article 15 of this Agreement. A list of the names of employees whose hours are reduced under the conditions of this Section will be provided to the CSEA President.
