Common use of Subsequent costs Clause in Contracts

Subsequent costs. The Owner must pay to each Secured Party the amount of all costs and expenses (including legal fees) incurred by it in connection with: (a) the negotiation, preparation, printing and entry into of any Finance Document executed after the date of this Agreement; (b) any amendment, waiver or consent requested by or on behalf of the Owner or specifically allowed by this Agreement; and (c) the provision by the Technical Adviser of all reports, confirmations and advice provided by it to the Finance Parties during the Pre-Delivery Period and on the Final Completion Date.
